Information on the EGA Rewards Virtual Fair platform is confidential and only intended for EGA employees. In line with EGA’s confidentiality protocols, sharing access to, or information from, the platform with individuals who are not EGA employees is strictly prohibited and anyone doing so will be subject to disciplinary action.

Yes, the VFairs platform is compatible with any computer or mobile device and any browser.

Yes, this event is completely free to attend. We encourage you to login and have a look around at your convenience.
The main virtual fair will take place 24x7 for a period of three months.
A walkthrough video of the platform is available on the landing page.
As you enter the virtual fair, you will reach the Lobby; this is a virtual internal environment of the exhibition centre. From here you can navigate to the following areas:
- Exhibition Hall: This will host multiple booths pertaining to each topic
- Help Desk: A support desk which can help direct you to other areas of the platform
- Auditorium: Virtual auditorium where webinars will be conducted
- Lounge: Virtual lounge for social gatherings which will host links to EGA’s social media platforms.
Once you enter the Exhibition Hall, you can view all the booths. Each booth represents a topic under the Rewards Department. You can scroll through the booths and click on them to get more information.
The booth will host information in several formats. Next to each content, you will see the “Favourites” icon. You can add content from multiple booths to your favourites. You can then go to the “Favourites” tab and email this content to yourself at the single click of a button.

Should you have any technical difficulties with either accessing the platform or navigating it, please refer to the “Help” tab on the bottom left side of the page and the Vfairs technical team will support you.

An agenda of the upcoming webinars along with information on the speakers is posted on the landing page, main lobby, and auditorium. You will be notified on upcoming webinars and links to attend the same will be shared with all.
To make the platform engaging, interactive and fun, we have introduced gamification options where you stand a chance to earn points for every interaction. From browsing the platform, viewing the booths, downloading information, attending webinars, etc, you can earn points. The points will be displayed on the leaderboard. We have some exciting prizes waiting for our winners.
